This property is in Beauregard Town in Downtown Baton Rouge. This neighborhood is a funky and eclectic mix of old homes and a downtown vibe. We utilized amazing photos that could've been used in a professional magazine, and most importantly used a pricing technique to create FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out) from buyers. This resulted in 10+ offers. The one we chose was $12,000's over asking price! The frenzy for the property was amazing, especially considering the state of the market at the time with high interest rates.
